Kaltimber Price Promise
At Kaltimber, we believe premium reclaimed Ulin should come with fair and transparent pricing.
If you find a comparable offer for reclaimed Ulin decking, flooring, ceiling, panelling or architectural hardwood products, we are happy to review it.
Our Price Promise applies in two situations:
1. Before You Purchase
Already received another quote?
Send it to us before confirming your order. If the product is genuinely comparable, we will review the offer and do our best to match it.
To compare fairly, the quote must include similar:
Wood species: reclaimed Ulin / ironwood
Product type and profile
Dimensions and quantity
Grade and finishing level
Moisture condition / kiln drying if applicable
Legality and sourcing standard
Delivery terms and location
2. After You Purchase
If you have already purchased from Kaltimber and later find the same product offered at a lower price, contact us.
If the competing offer is genuinely comparable and valid, we may offer a credit, refund difference or commercial adjustment depending on the case.
How to Claim
Send us:
The competing quote or product link
Product specifications
Quantity required
Delivery location
Your Kaltimber quote or invoice, if available
Our team will review the information and reply with a fair comparison.
What Counts as Comparable?
A cheaper product is not always the same product.
Our Price Promise only applies when the alternative offer is equivalent in material, quality, legality, processing, service and delivery conditions.
We do not compare Kaltimber reclaimed Ulin products with:
Unknown species
Fresh-cut or non-reclaimed timber
Lower-grade timber
Non-legal or unclear-source products
Different dimensions or profiles
Unprocessed rough timber
Temporary promotions, clearance stock or liquidation offers
Products without warranty or clear supplier responsibility
Our Promise
We do not promise to be the cheapest supplier in every situation.
We promise to offer strong value for premium reclaimed Ulin: legal sourcing, reliable production, careful grading, product traceability, responsible business practices and fair pricing.
